No person shall hunt, kill or trap any birds, nor shall any person deliberately destroy or rob the nests of birds within the corporate limits of the town, provided, this section shall not apply to any birds classed as predatory by the Wildlife Resources Commission or by the general statutes of the state, nor shall this section apply to pigeons, crows, starlings or English sparrows.
