(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Anyone violating this § 93.01, including parent, guardian or one in loco parentis, who is accompanying a minor, shall be subject to a penalty of $10, as well as being otherwise prosecuted as provided by law.
