§ 93.01  REGULATION OF TRICK-OR-TREAT ON HALLOWEEN.
   Observance of trick-or-treat on Halloween night or alternative date when Halloween is observed shall be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., 12 years old and younger. This shall not be construed to regulate any organized school or church related or civic function, such as Halloween carnivals.
