3-3-14: REVOCATION, SUSPENSION:

The city council may, on its own motion, and shall, upon the written verified complaint of any other person, investigate the action and operation of any licensee hereunder, and shall have the power to temporarily suspend and/or permanently revoke a license issued under this chapter for violation of any provisions of this chapter. (1975 Code § 3-3-14)
