3-3-3: LICENSE REQUIRED:
No person to whom a retail license has been issued under the Montana alcoholic beverage code shall engage in any activity for which he is so licensed, without first having also obtained an alcoholic beverage retailer's license from the city. (1975 Code § 3-3-3)
