2-2-4: JURISDICTION:
The jurisdictional area of the planning board shall extend in all directions from the present boundaries of the city a distance of one mile, unless the jurisdictional area is enlarged or decreased by later ordinance. (1975 Code § 2-2-4; amd. 2015 Code)
