It shall be unlawful for any person to drive, operate or use any snowmobiles or any other similar vehicle in traveling upon, over, across or through the streets, alleys or public ways of the city. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-2 of this code. (1975 Code § 9-1-20; amd. 2015 Code)
