Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this code, unless specifically otherwise provided herein, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned in the county jail for not to exceed six (6) months, or both so fined and imprisoned.
