The owner, tenant, lessee and/or occupant of any lot within the corporate limits of the city upon which such unlawful keeping, leaving, storing or other activity is occurring, and also the owner and/or lessee of said personalty involved in such unlawful keeping, leaving, storing or other activity (all of whom are hereinafter referred to collectively as "owners"), shall jointly and severally abate said nuisance by the prompt removal of said personalty into completely enclosed buildings or enclosed storage yards to be used for such purposes if within the corporate limits or otherwise to properly dispose of such personalty or to cease and desist from such activity as soon as notified that such activity or unlawful keeping, leaving, storing or other activity constitutes a nuisance.
