6-2-10: FINES:

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-4-2 of this code. (Ord. 363, 1-4-1999; amd. 2015 Code; Ord. 417, 2-16-2021, eff. 3-18-2021)
