§ 71.13 SIGNALIZED INTERSECTIONS.
   The intersections described in Chapter 75, Schedule IV, are designated as signalized intersections. When appropriate traffic-control signals conforming to the requirements of this traffic code are installed at each intersection, the operator of a vehicle entering the intersections shall obey the signal displayed as the driver approaches the intersection, except when directed by a police officer to do otherwise.
