§ 101.13 APPLICABLE LAWS.

In addition to the foregoing provisions of this chapter relating to street construction, excavation, and installation of utilities, a permittee, including utilities, shall adhere to any other applicable federal, state, or local laws, rules or regulations governing such excavation, construction or installation.
