(A) Any person violating § 101.10 shall be subject to a fine of $1,000 for the first offense and $5,000 for each subsequent offense.
(B) Any person violating § 101.14 shall be subject to a fine of $100 for the first offense and $500 for each subsequent offense.

(C) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
