(a) The Administrator or an authorized agent may request a roster of the names, addresses and social security numbers of Persons residing in rental units or mobile home parks.
(b) Every owner of three (3) or more rental units and every owner of a mobile home park must submit such a listing upon request.
(c) All contractors or Employers engaged in work in the City are required to provide the Director with a list of all subcontractors and Employees working within the City and their employer identification numbers or social security numbers.
