(a) The Board shall determine their own schedule of meetings. In any event, the Board shall meet at least once every two (2) months.
(b) A quorum is necessary for any vote and shall consist of five (5) members in attendance. The concurrence of a majority of those members in attendance shall be required for all decisions.
(c) All meetings shall be open to the public in accordance with Ohio R.C. 121.22.
