175.02 OFFICERS; RULES; MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS; QUORUM.

(a) The Commission shall choose its own officers, make its own procedural rules and keep accurate and detailed minutes of its proceedings. A majority of members shall be a quorum for the transaction of business.

(b) The Chairman of the Council standing committee on Parks and Cemeteries shall serve on the Commission in any capacity other than as Commission Chairman.
