149.01 ASSISTANT LAW DIRECTOR; DUTIES; RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT.

   (a)   The position of Assistant Law Director is hereby established, effective October 1, 1990.

   (b)   The position of Assistant Law Director shall work at the direction of the Law Director to assist in prosecution of criminal cases, to pursue collection of past due monies owed the City, to assist in research, and to perform other such duties as may be required by the Law Director.

   (c)   The position of Assistant Law Director shall be exempt from the residency requirements of the City established in Section 157.01.
