(a) A fee of two dollars ($2.00) per page is hereby established for each copy of any municipal engineering document with the exception of blueprints, furnished to any person, partnership, firm, corporation or organization of any kind or description.
(b) A fee of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per linear foot is hereby established for any blueprint furnished to any person, partnership, firm, corporation or organization of any kind or description.
(c) It shall be the responsibility of the office furnishing said copies to forward all receipts to the office of the Finance Director within one working day after receipt, whereby said receipts shall be placed in the General Fund and distributed pursuant to law.
