(a) Effective with the passage of this section, all persons incarcerated in the City of Conneaut Jail Facility shall be charged ninety dollars ($90.00) per day for every 24 hours or portion thereof that they are incarcerated.
(b) The Law Director is hereby authorized to bring whatever legal action is necessary to collect such fees.
