105.02 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONTRACTS.

Ohio R.C. 153.65 through 153.71 conflict with the provisions of Section 105.01, and such statutory provisions are expressly rejected by this Council and are hereby declared inoperative pursuant to Council’s Charter and home rule authority.
