Fees for Chapter 1375 Residential Rental Inspections are located within Chapter 110 of the City of Conneaut's Codified Ordinances. A permit fee shall be assessed for a dwelling's thirty-six (36) month permit on a per dwelling basis. For properties that have more than one dwelling, the City shall endeavor to invoice the Lessor(s) or agent for all dwellings located on the subject property upon request by the Lessor(s) or agent.
