713.01 TIMBERING OR COMMERCIAL CUTTING DEFINED.
   As used in this chapter, "timbering or commercial cutting" means the cutting of twelve (12) or more trees having a trunk diameter of not less than nine (9) inches at a distance of fourteen (14) inches above ground level.
