After a building or structure has been demolished or removed, all holes and excavations shall be filled and all waste material removed from the site and the property restored to a condition consistent with that of the adjoining property. The property shall be graded to provide positive drainage to storm sewers, culverts and drainage ditches. All stormwater retention facilities shall be maintained in proper working order. The property shall be seeded, landscaped, or paved to conform to the requirements of this section and the architectural standards of Chapter 1327. Driveways, drive aprons and other pavements shall be removed as required by the City Manager or his designee and sidewalks and curbing in the public right-of-way shall be replaced, repaired or removed in conformance with City regulations and ordinances.
