959.03 RESIDENTIAL GARBAGE AND RUBBISH COLLECTION.

Unless otherwise provided for and regulated, any contractor collecting residential garbage, commercial waste, rubbish, or refuse in the City shall comply with the requirements in this chapter. (Ord. 110-16. Passed 2-13-17.)
