959.02 DEFINITIONS.
   (a)    “Commercial and/or industrial waste" shall mean all rubbish, trash, refuse and garbage of any kind that has been generated in any business or commercial setting. This definition shall include, but shall not be limited to, waste generated by wholesale and/or retail establishments, manufacturing businesses, industrial businesses, office environments, all service establishments, new and refurbishing construction sites, and any and all places of business. For purposes of this chapter, "commercial and/or industrial waste" shall include waste generated at condominiums, multiple family homes and/or apartment complexes which rent or maintain living space to two or more families or individuals in separate and distinct living units, with each unit containing at least one kitchen and one full bath.
   (b)    "Residential garbage and refuse" shall mean all rubbish, trash, refuse, and garbage of any kind that has been generated from residential single family households. "Residential garbage" shall not be construed to include sewage wastes, tires, construction debris, or other items not normally disposed of that do not meet the definitions in this chapter.
   (c)    "Collection of garbage" shall mean the physical act of picking up or taking actual physical custody of garbage, rubbish or trash , whether commercial, industrial, or residential, and transporting, directly or indirectly, such materials to a landfill or other disposal site. The physical act of hauling away or removing the waste shall be included within the definition of"collection of garbage."
   (d)    "Contractor" shall mean the person, company or entity hauling garbage, refuse, rubbish or trash.
   (e)    "Garbage" shall mean all refuse accumulations of any fruit or vegetable matter that attended the preparation, use, work dealing in all storage of meat, fish, fruits, or vegetables or containers originally used for foodstuffs.
   (f)   "Rubbish" shall mean all other refuse except rocks, concrete blocks, and similar solid material, construction debris such as drywall, wood construction material, roofing material, siding, plaster, or dirt, and/or similar materials.
   (g)    "Refuse" shall mean garbage, rubbish, or both.
