939.08 CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS.

The City shall develop and publish a list of appropriate piping, fittings, beddings and other construction materials which shall be distributed to anyone applying for a sewer permit. No person shall use on any private or public sewer line any piping, fittings, beddings or other construction material or appurtenances.
