936.03 MINIMUM DESIGN CAPABILITIES.
   (a)    Grease interceptors shall, by design or volume, effectively intercept and retain fats, oils and grease from laden wastewater discharged into the City's sanitary sewer system.
   (b)    Grease and oil interceptors shall be constructed of impervious materials able of withstanding abrupt and extreme changes in temperature. They shall be of substantial construction; watertight, and equipped with removable covers which when fastened in place shall
be gas tight and water tight.
   (c)    In-line interior grease traps shall not be allowed when these interceptors are not able to achieve compliance.
   (d)    Grease interceptors shall be readily and easily accessible for user cleaning and City
