936.02 GREASE TRAPS; INTERCEPTOR REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall own or operate a food preparation establishment, directly or indirectly, connected to a City sanitary sewer line without a functioning grease interceptor which is fully compliant with this chapter.

(b) Grease interceptors are not required for private residences or dwellings.
