917.20 TREE REMOVAL REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM.

A program of partial reimbursement to property owners removing trees and stumps within the treelawn within the City of Conneaut is hereby established and shall be administered as set forth herein. This program shall include residential and commercial properties and shall exclude industrial property and new home construction.
