909.60 SIDEWALK REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT PROGRAM.

A program of partial reimbursement to property owners repairing or replacing sidewalks located within the City of Conneaut is hereby established and shall be administered as set forth herein. This program shall include residential and commercial properties and shall exclude industrial property and new home construction.
