1367.10 DISCLOSURE PRIOR TO SALE OF REAL ESTATE.

No person shall enter into an agreement to sell or transfer residential or commercial real estate, or otherwise sell or transfer real estate, without disclosing to the bu yer or transferee whether they know or have reason to know that such real estate, dwelling or structure was used in the production of methamphetamines or other dangerous drugs or chemicals.
