1381.02 ESTABLISHED.
   (a)   Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3735.66, Conneaut Community Reinvestment Area, is hereby established in the following described area and encompasses the entire corporate limits of the City of Conneaut:
Beginning at a point that is the intersection of the high water mark of the waters of Lake Erie and the point of separation between the City of Conneaut, State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, said point being approximately 00°, 00', 00" N and the northern most point along the dividing line between the afore mentioned State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Thence westerly approximately 225°, 00', 00" S, following the contour line of the waters of Lake Erie a distance or approximately 31,750' to a point. Said point being the intersection of the high water mark of the waters of Lake Erie and the point of separation between the City of Conneaut and the Village of North Kingsville.
Thence southerly on a line approximately 180°, 00', 00" S, a distance of approximately 19,500' to a point. Said point being the intersection of boundary lines between the City of Conneaut, the Village of Kingsville, and the unincorporated lands of Monroe Township.
Thence easterly on a line approximately 90°, 00', 00" E, a distance of approximately 29,125' to a point. Said point being the intersection of boundary lines between the City of Conneaut, State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the unincorporated lands of Monroe Township. Said line being the dividing line between the afore mentioned State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Thence northerly on a line approximately 00°, 00', 00" N, a distance of approximately 36,000' to the place of beginning and containing approximately 18,554.1493 acres or 28.99 square miles.
   (b)   The Community Reinvestment Area is approximately depicted as the cross
hashed area on the map attached to Ordinance 49-05, marked Exhibit "B", and by this reference incorporated herein.
   (c)   Only residential, commercial and/or industrial properties consistent with the applicable zoning regulations within the designated Community Reinvestment Area will be eligible for exemptions under this Program.
