1501.04 APPEALS.

Upon written request, the Fire Chief shall schedule a hearing as required under the Ohio Fire Code (OFC). The City Council shall establish an appeals board with members that are qualified to rule on matters set before them. The Board shall consist of a minimum of three (3) members but no more than five (5).
