(a) Parks shall be open to the public daily between the hours of 7:00 a.m. until dusk. It shall be unlawful for any person other than city personnel conducting city business therein to occupy or be present in the park during any hours in which the park is not open to the public. Exception shall be those parks that provide lighting for evening activities such as Lakeview Park, which shall be open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm for scheduled activities.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
