Any person, who shall violate any provision of this chapter or who shall disobey any lawful order issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and subject to those penalties as allowed under Section 501.99 - Penalties for Misdemeanors and each day shall constitute a separate violation. Imposition of any penalty for a violation of this chapter shall not be construed as a waiver of the right of the City to collect from the defendant the costs of the tree or work done by the City, which the defendant was required to pay, but failed to pay under the provisions of this chapter.
