The Tree Commission may select and identify any tree, which qualifies as a "Landmark Tree". A tree may qualify as a Landmark Tree if it meets one or more of the following criteria: species rarity, exceptional size or age, association with a historical event or person, abnormality, scenic enhancement, etc. (Ord. 25-13.
