(1) If said permit is obtained after the work or use has begun, the fee shall be three times the required permit fee. | |||
(2) The City Manager may waive all, or a portion thereof, of any Planning and Zoning fee in the case of documented financial hardship. The Applicant shall provide copies of any and all documentation requested by the City sufficient to evidence said financial hardship. | |||
(3) The Zoning Board of Appeals fee is in addition to, and does not include, the Zoning Permit Fee | |||
(4) The applicant shall also be responsible for any engineering expenses incurred by the City for site plan review. |
