** The tap-in fee shall be waived for property owners who have demolished a structure on a subject property and to which said property is redeveloped consistent with its original use, unless a new connection to the sewer service is required.
*** The tap-in fee for the industrial/commercial users shall be charged in accordance with those rates established in Section 935.10.
