110.09 CHAPTER 935 - SEWERAGE SYSTEM CHARGES.

(a)	Various Fees
	Late Fee for charges over $10.00 and 60 days past due	15%
(b)	Security Deposit
	Non-Owner Occupied Residential Property	$50.00
	Industrial - Business Property	$50.00
(c)	On January 1, 2023, the user charges for all user classes shall be:
(1)	Administrative Costs	$4.24 per month
(2)	System Operation, Maintenance and Replacement	$0.00552 per gallon or $5.96 per 1,000 gallons
(3)	Debt Service
	0 - 2,000 gallons a month	$17.93 - ($5.96/1,000 gallons)
	2,000 - 20,000 gallons/month	$6.01 + ($3.48/1,000 gallons)
	20,001 - 100,000 gallons/month	$68.65 + ($2.80/1,000 gallons)
	100,001 - 300,000 gallons/month	$292.65 + (2.49/1,000 gallons)
	300,001 - 600,000 gallons/month	$790.65 + ($1.86/1,000 gallons)
	Over 600,000 gallons/month	$1,348.65 + (1.22/1,000 gallons)
Senior Citizens 65 or older debt service discount $2.00 per month/one per household
(d)	Tap in Fee(s)
	Sanitary Sewer Tap in Fee	$1,000.00* **
	Surcharge for expanding a Multi-Family residence	$1,000.00 per unit added*
	Industrial/Commercial Tap in Fee	***
	Failure to connect within 12 months of notice by Board of Health or City or date specified	Double the tap-in fee.
* The Legislative Authority may vote to waive all, or a portion thereof, of those fees listed in Section (d) above as they relate to a specific project that would provide a benefit for the community sufficient to justify the waiver of the fees
** The tap-in fee shall be waived for property owners who have demolished a structure on a subject property and to which said property is redeveloped consistent with its original use, unless a new connection to the sewer service is required.
*** The tap-in fee for the industrial/commercial users shall be charged in accordance with those rates established in Section 935.10.
(e)	Sewer Cut-Out Inspection Fee	$100.00 per inspection ** for compliance
