331.46 REGULATING TRAFFIC ON THE “SAND BAR” AREA OF THE PUBLIC DOCK.

   The following traffic regulations shall be adopted relative to the "Sand Bar" area of the Public Dock within the City:

   (a)   The speed limit for motor vehicle traffic is hereby established at 10 miles per hour;

   (b)   ATV's of any type are not permitted without authorization;

   (c)   Dumping of any type of debris, trash, garbage, etc. is prohibited. Persons violating this provision shall be fined an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) per occurrence;

   (d)   Domesticated pets are permitted but must be on a leash and under the control of the owner;

   (e)   Motor vehicles are not be permitted to enter the water for any purpose;

   (f)   Motor vehicles are not permitted to enter upon the designated "sand dune" areas;

   (g)   All unauthorized camping of any type is prohibited;

   (h)   Swimming is permitted at an individual's own risk.
