109.04 BID ACCEPTANCE.

Upon acceptance of a sale, lease or exchange agreement or contract for real estate or personal property as set forth in this Chapter, Council shall authorize the City Manager to execute and complete any and all contracts and/or documents of conveyance. [Conneaut City Charter Article IV, Section 3 (5)]"
