EDITOR’S NOTE: The Council of the City of Conneaut, by Ordinance 23-22, passed April 11, 2022, expressly opts-out of the provisions set forth in H.B. 172, and reaffirms the ban on discharging, ignition or exploding fireworks as set forth in Chapter 1519 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Conneaut.
