An incorrect or missing address number upon any house, building or part thereof, shall be removed and/or the correct number attached to said house or building, as herein provided within a period of thirty (30) days after notification to make such correction of house number or numbers. Such notice to correct said number or numbers shall be given by the City Manager or his designee.
