   The following sections are hereby revised as follows:

   (e)   Insert Section 308.3.2 - Furniture and/or Other Materials - No occupant or property owner shall allow those items manufactured to be used inside a building or structure, such as, but not limited to, couches and chairs (conventional or overstuffed), mattresses, box springs, water closets, sinks, cabinets, tables, game tables or other similar items manufactured to be used for interior purposes, to be used, stored or placed outside for sale or given away, whether on the property or the City right-of-way, except in compliance with Chapter 743 - Garage Sales and Chapter 959 - Garbage and Rubbish Collection and Disposal.

   (h)   (1)   Any individual, firm, or association/corporation who violates any of the provisions of this Code, upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days, or both, for each offense. Unless otherwise provided, a separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
      (2)   The application of the penalty provided in subsection (g)(1) hereof shall not be deemed to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited condition, or the application of any other equitable remedy.
