953.01 GRAVE OPENINGS AND GRAVE PURCHASES.
   (a)   Fees for the Municipal Cemetery are listed in Section 110.11 of this code.
   (b)   The City will designate specific sections within the East Conneaut and Glenwood Cemeteries where monuments shall be permitted. Said monuments shall be required to have a four inch (4") cement foundation/border. The City shall also designate areas within said cemeteries for ground level head stones.
