939.99 PENALTY.

The commission of any act prohibited by any section of this chapter is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor of the third degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Any subsequent offense shall be deemed a misdemeanor of the first degree.
