(a) The City Manager, or his designee, may require a performance bond in addition to the required permit fee for road openings that such repair would exceed those amounts established by ordinance in Section 909.04.
(b) Performance bonds shall be filed with the City Finance Director, and shall not expire less than one year (365 days) from the date of the most recent permit issued to the applicant. (Ord. 83-16. Passed 9-12-16.)
