747.23 INJUNCTION.

A person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business without a valid license or otherwise in violation of this chapter, is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution for criminal violations. Such violations are punishable by a one thousand dollars ($1,000) fine six (6) months in jail, or both. Each day a sexually oriented business so operates is a separate offense or violation.
