The Board is hereby vested with the power to revoke any certificate of public convenience and necessity issued to any operator when the operator shall fail to comply with any of the provisions and requirements of any of the sections of this chapter. The Board shall further have the power to revoke the license of any driver who shall fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter applicable to said driver.
