737.13 UNIFORM RATE.

If the uniform rate method is used to determine rate, the Taxicab Board of the City is hereby authorized to zone the City to establish uniform rates for taxicab service.

Said Taxicab Board is hereby authorized to establish a zone map and to amend the same from time to time in accordance with the purpose and intent of this Taxicab Chapter.
