(a) Title. This chapter shall be known and may be designated as the City of Conneaut Special Events Ordinance.
(b) Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the health, safety and welfare of the people within the City by regulating and licensing festivals, art fairs, jamborees, markets, carnivals, fiestas, galas, field days, bazaars and expositions using public property, streets, easements or rights of way located within the City.
